Is it possible to restrict inbox access to users to view only tickets assigned to their respectful categories?
I understand that using global filters can be used to make a secondary inbox that will fulfill this need, but I was curious to know if there was a way to do this without using that method or without requiring a second installation of HelpSpot.

Hi Alfred,
You can put level 2 users in limited access mode. They won't have inbox access and can only see requests which are part of categories they are also part of.
