I have 2 questions regarding the forums (on out helpspot installation):

1. Is there any kind of HTML formatting allowed (i.e. bold, italics, etc), I can seem to get it to do that?

2. How can moderators change the topic name? For example, we put any kind of "network issues" or announcements, so a topic might me "Switch Maintenance" and when it is done we would like to change the topic to "Switch Maintenance [complete]".

1) No, HTML is not allowed in the forums.

2) There's not currently a way to update that, but we're going to be adding that in a future release.
