Breaking Changes

HelpSpot 5.5.0 introduced breaking changes. If you are upgrading from an earlier version, please review the HelpSpot 5.5.0 release notes.

Fixed API error when retrieving attachments.
Reoccurring requests are now required to have a message body and are validated.
Added additional validation to outbound email addresses to prevent RFC errors.
Fixed database query type errors when installing HelpSpot on Windows with SQL Server.
Fixed issue where saving a report would not redirect you back to the saved report.
Added additional Live Lookup help text and documentation.
Added better error messages when trying to send an attachment that is too large for the Microsoft and Google APIs.
Fixed error where some saved reports could not be exported as CSVs.
