Breaking Changes
HelpSpot 5.5.0 introduced breaking changes. If you are upgrading from an earlier version, please review the HelpSpot 5.5.0 release notes.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug with certain saved reports.
- Fixed a bug with some Microsoft mailboxes and a bad message ID in the email header.
- Fixed a bug with quoting request history items that contain images, which was resulting in a 500 error.
Enhancements
- Added a command to update the language constants in
custom_templates. The command is automatically run on update for any version less than or equal to 5.3.3 and can be manually run against other directories to fix custom templates in secondary portals. - Tweaked the SMTP settings page for OAuth (Microsoft & Google) mailboxes to prevent accidentally accepting empty SMTP values.
- Adjusted internal settings to allow HelpSpot installations to be embedded in an iFrame on other sites. Please contact support if you're interested in this.
