Breaking Changes
HelpSpot 5.5.0 release notes had breaking changes. If you are upgrading from a earlier version please review the HelpSpot 5.5.0 release notes.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug that caused HelpSpot users to be logged out quicker than expected
- Fixed a bug that resulted in a blank page being displayed for some users if no Knowledge Books had been created
- Fixed a bug with responses that resulted in responses being listed in the editor search, even if the user didn’t have the correct permissions to edit those responses.
- Fixed a bug when doing a fresh installation that resulted in HelpSpot not working if the on-premise server wasn’t connected to the internet.
- Fixed missing web.config file used for IIS installations.
