Spanish is now a supported language in HelpSpot!
On-premise installations that use Windows can now download a .exe file that self-extracts the helpspot file, dramatically speeding up how long many Windows servers take to unzip HelpSpot during upgrades & installations.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue with email headers containing accented characters that resulted in mail not properly being pulled in to HelpSpot.
Fixed an issue with how Reporting Tags are displayed on the Add & Edit Category pages that resulted in the full names of tags not being displayed properly.
Fixed an issue with how some IMAP providers (namely Zoho & Mailo) handled archiving email once HelpSpot imported what was in the inbox.
Fixed an issue with Category assignment serialization for on-premise installations that use Windows SQL Server.
Fixed an issue with SMTP sending of image attachment files that would trigger some outbound spam filters.
