New Training - Building a Knowledge Base and Responses

Our advanced training sessions are designed to help HelpSpot users get the most out of HelpSpot. They also provide time for you to ask specific questions around the topic being discussed.

Our newest topic will be on “Building a Knowledge Base and Responses.” In this session we will be exploring how to build a public knowledge base that is searchable by your customers. We will also explore how the knowledge base and responses can improve your support staff’s efficiency.

If you would like to attend this session on April 12 from 11:00 AM  to 12:00 PM EST you can sign up here:

If you missed some of our past sessions, we also have recordings available on the advanced training page. Here is a sample of the sessions available.

Customizing Portals and Secondary Portals

In this training session we had a walkthrough of setting up secondary portals, editing portals templates and an overview of the GUI settings found in the admin area.
