The HelpSpot Audit Log now logs when requests are merged, trashed, spammed or deleted.
Admin > Settings > HTML Email now includes a Allowed URI Schemas setting. This is a a comma separated list of schemas that are allowed in URIs for links. For example if you have an app that uses myapp:// and another app that uses myotherapp:// you can enter myapp,myotherapp in this setting to allow those URLs to be passed in and out of HelpSpot requests as links.
Added a strike through option to the WYSIWYG editor. It is available in the text formatting sub-menu.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an error when writing logs to the audit log for some settings on Microsoft SQL Server based installs.
Fixed issue where requests opened by the the API using xPersonOpenedBy=0 parameter would not attach staff signatures to subsequent batch updates from staff.
Fixed issue where staff signatures were not reliably added to staff updates when updates were added via the private.request.update API.
