Added an Initial Request column that can be added next to the Request Summary column in filters. The Initial Request column will always show the initial request text even if a summary was generated for the request. The Request Summary column will use either the request summary, if available, or the initial request subject line and text.
When converting a request history item to a new request, the email headers of that request update are now used to fill in the customer name and email address on the new request.
The installer now accepts a pasted in license key instead of just a license file.
