  • Enhanced performance of keyword searches on requests in MySQL.
  • Added the ability to mark a specific live lookup source as the default.
  • Compatibility with PHP 8.3

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where the failed jobs log would not load properly.
  • Addressed validation issue where negative numbers would not be allowed in numeric custom fields.
  • Fixed issue where html of a request note could become unbalanced after truncation causing display issues.
  • Fixed serialize error when upgrading from HelpSpot v4.
  • Removed incorrect menu options from spam and trash views.
  • Removed filter image tags setting.
  • Fixed issue where valid SQL would be removed from custom where clauses.
