- Added Eastlink Canada SMS provider
- Added compatability with the OpenAI GPT-4-Turbo model. If you are currently using the GPT-4 model you will be automatically upgraded to the more affordable model.
- Updated several dependencies

- Fixed issue where some email images could not be reattached to new messages properly.
- Fixed error that was log when parsing emails in some cases.
