New Features
- HelpSpot has a brand new logo! We’ll be making more improvements to the look & feel of HelpSpot later this year, so stay tuned.
- If an email is received with attachment that’s over the set limit, the request history will now make note of this.
- Added a new admin notification when HelpSpot is updated.
- When changing a user password, you can now log that user out of other sessions they may have in HelpSpot.
- The auto categorization option in HelpSpot AI now makes it easier to enable AI for selected categories in the AI settings screen.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue with saved reports that caused duplicate folders to be created.
- Fixed a bug with deleting a filter that was set as a user’s default workspace.
- Fixed broken inline fonts in emails when the font name contained multiple words.
- Fixed the sPortalName placeholder tag.
