New Features
- 5.6.2 introduces the second generation of HelpSpot AI. HelpSpot AI is now free for all customers with current support. You no longer need to have your own Open AI key. If you are a self-hosted customer, login to store.helpspot.com to get a license key that enabled HelpSpot AI. If you are a cloud customer, the license is installed for you automatically. This new release introduces the following features & improvements:
- AI Triage autocategorization of requests (Documentation).
- AI Triage detection of out of office replies (Documentation).
- AI Triage automatic request summaries (Documentation).
- Existing HelpSpot AI features are significantly faster
- HelpSpot AI prompts can now utilize an Initial Request note and Last Public note placeholder. This allows AI prompts to compose complete responses to customers (Documentation).
- Automation Rules now run in a queued job, improving performance & reliability
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a few design issues when using dark mode
