Breaking Changes

HelpSpot 5.5.0 release notes had breaking changes. If you are upgrading from a earlier version please review the HelpSpot 5.5.0 release notes.

New Features

• HelpSpot has a brand new logo! We’ll be making more improvements to the look & feel of HelpSpot later this year, so stay tuned.
• If an email is received with attachment that’s over the set limit, the request history will now make note of this.
• Added a new admin notification when HelpSpot is updated.
• When changing a user password, you can now log that user out of other sessions they may have in HelpSpot.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue with saved reports that caused duplicate folders to be created.
• Fixed a bug with deleting a filter that was set as a user’s default workspace.
• Fixed broken inline fonts in emails when the font name contained multiple words.
• Fixed the sPortalName placeholder tag.
