New Features
- Added the ability to set a maintenance mode custom message when using the command line maintenance mode option.
- Added support for PHP 8.4; supported PHP versions are now 8.2 through 8.4.
- Implemented an optional IMAP library that can connect to IMAP mailboxes without the need for the PHP IMAP extension.

- Fixed unnecessary audit log entry for cHD_PORTAL_CAPTCHA_WORDS on a fresh install.
- Fixed the ordering of categories in the staff profile category list.
- Fixed an error where staff members in the ‘Assigned To’ dropdown don’t show up in alphabetical order.
